KONI Asked to Excavate Sport Potential in Seribu Islands

For Indonesia, Hutapea disclosed, the traditional sports performed are enggrang, grobak sodor (a game with two teams competing), and congklak (mancala-based wooden board game). But in this event, the champion will not be chosen. "In the event, each country will perform their traditional sport. As it is only for hospitality among countries while holiday, so there will be no champion," he told.

He hopes, through this event, the hospitality and entertainment could increase number of tourists coming. This is because foreign countries must be sent their contingent and supporters.
